Job Title: Commercial Lead

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance business growth and market presence.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the negotiation and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial objectives with operational capabilities.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and reports to senior management.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a commercial role within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and client relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
