Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary
- The Store Manager will oversee inventory management, stock control, and supplier relations to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant's supply chain.
- The role also includes managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that products are in stock and that inventory levels meet customer demand.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect deliveries of food supplies, beverages, and consumables.
- Manage inventory by following FIFO practices and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure that all stored items are organized and comply with food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper organization of the storage area.
- Assist with inventory audits and reporting.
- Communicate with kitchen and Restaurant staff to ensure supplies are readily available.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Kitchen Inventory management and vendor Management
- 2 - 4 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of FIFO principles and Inventory Audits
- Quick learner and has Communication skills
- Proficiency in Inventory Management Software
- Microsoft Office Suite.
