Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Store Manager will oversee inventory management, stock control, and supplier relations to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant's supply chain.
  • The role also includes managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that products are in stock and that inventory levels meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect deliveries of food supplies, beverages, and consumables.
  • Manage inventory by following FIFO practices and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure that all stored items are organized and comply with food safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and proper organization of the storage area.
  • Assist with inventory audits and reporting.
  • Communicate with kitchen and Restaurant staff to ensure supplies are readily available.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Kitchen Inventory management and vendor Management
  • 2 - 4 years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of FIFO principles and Inventory Audits
  • Quick learner and has Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management Software
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
