Description 

  • Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Store Manager for their new restaurant in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
  • The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in maintaining efficient inventory control, assisting with supplier communication, and ensuring the store operates smoothly.
  • The role also includes staff supervision and ensuring that all goods meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with receiving and inspecting deliveries of food supplies and consumables.
  • Help manage inventory, ensuring proper organization and stock rotation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
  • Assist in restocking supplies and communicating with kitchen staff.
  • Support with inventory audits and reporting.
