Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with current and potential clients to strengthen relationships.
- Research and understand client needs, offering appropriate solutions through proposal writing.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and business objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and sales collateral to support the sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the HMO industry and pharmaceutical products is preferred.
