Job Title: Group Finance Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and risk management for our organization.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, excellent leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of Nigerian finance regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and budgetary control
• Ensure accurate financial reporting (Nigerian regulations & international standards)
• Manage cash flow, investments, capital expenditures, and asset registers
• Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Provide financial insights to senior management and the Board
• Lead and mentor finance teams across subsidiaries

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• ACA, ACCA, or CFA certification (advantageous)
• 10+ years finance experience (5+ years senior finance role in oil & gas)
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate finance
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Remuneration
N2,000,000 monthly.
