Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, and landing page optimization.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, attracting, and converting high-quality leads through a variety of digital channels.
- You will collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to optimize every stage of the lead funnel, from initial outreach to conversion.
- Your experience in SEO, PPC campaigns, and landing page design will be key in improving our customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Develop Lead Acquisition Strategies: Build and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and capture high-quality leads across multiple digital channels (organic, paid, social, etc.).
- Identify and Qualify Leads: Research and identify potential leads through data mining, market research, and competitive analysis. Qualify leads based on key factors such as need, budget, and decision-making authority.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed lead information and interactions within the CRM system, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
SEO and Organic Growth:
- Strategy: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, driving traffic and leads to the website.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify search terms that align with our target audience, optimizing content to rank for relevant queries.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Performance Tracking: Use SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor website performance and implement changes to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Landing Page Optimization:
- Landing Page Development: Collaborate with design and development teams to create high-converting landing pages that align with campaign goals.
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests on landing page elements (CTAs, layout, copy, design) to optimize conversion rates and lead capture forms.
- User Experience (UX): Ensure landing pages provide a seamless and intuitive user experience, driving engagement and maximizing lead capture.
Digital Marketing & PPC:
- PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive qualified leads while managing cost-per-lead (CPL) and ROI.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-value content (blogs, whitepapers, webinars, etc.) that attracts and nurtures leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to nurture and convert leads, maintaining ongoing communication with prospects.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and key performance metrics (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights to continuously refine lead generation strategies, landing pages, SEO efforts, and paid campaigns.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience: 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, SEO, and landing page optimization.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and improving conversion rates through SEO and PPC campaigns.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience in PPC management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), keyword research, and A/B testing for landing pages.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with team members and external clients.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally.
