Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in our workshop. You must have technical expertise in managing spray booths, generators, and compressors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all workshop activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and maintain equipment such as spray booths, generators, and compressors.
• Ensure that safety protocols and operational standards are adhered to.
• Provide guidance and support to workshop staff.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Oversee maintenance schedules and repair activities.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely supply of necessary materials and equipment.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the workshop.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a workshop or technical environment.
• In-depth knowledge of spray booths, generators, and compressors.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently.
• Must live within or around Yaba, Lagos.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
