Job Summary
- The Business Development Manager will drive growth and expand our client base by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans.
- Key responsibilities include market research, client relationship management, strategy development, project management, sales and revenue generation, networking, and reporting.
Job Responsibilites
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships, acting as a primary contact to ensure satisfaction.
- Creating and implementing business development strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Managing projects, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective presentations and proposal development.
- Representing the company at industry events, building a professional network, and generating leads.
- Preparing reports on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven 5years experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferred qualifications:
- IMBA or a related field
- Experience with digital marketing and online sales strategies
- Established network within the real estate industry.
