Job Title: Chef

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality continental dishes with attention to detail and presentation.
• Plan and develop menus with a focus on continental cuisine.
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, maintaining consistency.
• Work with management to create seasonal and special event menus.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization at all times.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 15 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Chef, with expertise in continental cuisine.
• Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu planning.
• Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
