Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets, costs, and financial records for the department.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and complaints.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3 - 10 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
