Job Summary
- As our Administrative Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring efficient operations and support for all departments.
- This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative management or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and manufacturing, mining steel abilities.
- Strong written and verbal skills,Hausa primary language skills. Experience with budget management and financial reporting is a plus.
Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 monthly.
