Job Title: Guest Service Attendant (Female)

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and other services.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Process payments, reservations, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a customer service representative in a hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
