Key Purpose

• The key purpose of this role is to enable manufacturing system users to utilise information systems effectively and maximize company investment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, test and configure industrial data communication system
• Work in teams
• Ensure a healthy and risk-free working environment
• Describe and apply instrumentation technology
• In-depth knowledge of inspection equipment

Requirements

• National Diploma / Engineering Diploma / Trade test
• 3 - 5 years Experience with Instrumentation and Maintenance.
• Experience with Fieldbus Networks
• Experience with PLC (Siemens & Wonderware Intouch & Zennon)
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills. Be able to lead and motivate a team
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work independently, whilst being a team player
• Ability to use own initiative, with a bias for action.
