Job Description

• As bar manager you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar and emsuring customers are served with a seamles approach and excellence customer service
• Staff Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff. They also create employee schedules to ensure the bar is staffed appropriately.
• Inventory - Order supplies, track inventory, and work with distributors to decide what types of alcohol to keep in stock.
• Customer service - Interact with patrons, learn their names and drink preferences, and handle customer complaints or questions.
• Compliance - Keep track of liquor licenses and ensure that employees are following local laws and alcohol distribution restrictions.

Other responsibilities;

• Oversee marketing, visual upkeep, and nightly accounting. They also advertise promotions and ensure staff is following food control and safety regulations.
• Communication - Communicate efficiently with team members, senior management, customers, and vendors.
• Leadership - Use leadership skills to oversee, hire, and train staff.
