Job Title: HR / Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR/Operations Officer to support our organization's human resources and operational functions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR principles, operational management, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will handle all administrative, office and site maintenance issues and support services needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be successful as an admin/operations manager you should be able to oversee and ensure a smooth and efficient daily office operations.
  • Conduct a daily routine check to ensure all office equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Conduct daily routine checks of all company’s cars and vehicles etc
  • Manage employee conflicts, grievances, and performance issues.
  • Oversee employee benefits, leaves, and time-off policies.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Organize workshops, training sessions, and employee development programs.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and utilities.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with events, projects, and initiatives as needed
  • Any other task assigned by the MD

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years in HR and operations or a related field.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Knowledge of HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
  • Certification in HR is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of operational management principles
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
