We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Work From Home
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
• Collaborate with an internal team of designers to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines
• Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for clients, including but not limited to branding collateral, marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, and presentations
• Ensure that all design work aligns with brand guidelines and reflects the company's brand identity and values
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our design work
• Manage project timelines, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
• Review and approve final designs, graphics, and layouts before production or publication
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Skills & Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Capable of handling a team of 10-15 designers
• Experienced enough to understand & explain the brief to junior designers
• Possess in-depth knowledge of graphic designing.

• Project Management.

Salary
N100,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
