Incorporated in July 2000, IRM Limited started as a financial services firm engaged in Asset Management and Real Estate Advisory. With our Principals grossly engaged in resolving the outcome of the financial crisis in the banking sub-sector over the years, our company has gained vast experience in turnaround management and financial restructuring advisory.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new mandates/clients on monthly basis.
• Plan and organise open house events on new properties mandates etc.
• Search and represent the company at any new real estate event
• Source quality properties for sales/marketing and renting
• Create a marketing brand for IRM Property through the social media platforms etc.
• Source clients for sales/purchases of properties
• Update property bulletin from time to time and circulate same to other Agents
• Tailor your services to the needs of the prospects/clients for the buying/selling of properties.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements and participation in multiple listing services
• Conduct inspection, coordinate property closings and oversee execution of property-related documents
• Present offers to sellers for consideration
• Ensure all the documents relating to property for purchase/sale are in order
• Act as an intermediary in the negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Always try and determine competitive market price by way of comparison
• Keep and maintain effective filing system of all property related correspondences
• Follow up on client’s requests and complains
• Support in the company’s general administration
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
