OBOR Logistics Nigeria Limited, a Logistics company majorly in import and export operations, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Operator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Cargo Handling: Coordinate with yard personnel for unloading and loading operations based on the cargo arrival plan.
• Record Management: Accurately record the cargo information entering and leaving the yard, and maintain relevant documents and data.
• On-Site Coordination: Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Problem Resolution: Promptly address any unusual situations that arise on-site, report them, and assist in resolving issues.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or above; relevant professional knowledge is preferred.
• Work Experience: Experience in container yard operations or logistics industry is preferred.
• Physical Condition: Good physical health, capable of handling high-intensity physical labor and outdoor working conditions.
• Safety Awareness: Strong safety awareness, adherence to safety operating procedures to ensure personal and equipment safety.
• Teamwork: Good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, able to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Adaptability: Ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations and possess problem-solving skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
