Job Overview

• As a Marketer at Honour Flow Group of Company, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, driving brand awareness, and achieving sales targets.
• You will work closely with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development:

• Create and execute innovative marketing plans to increase market share and brand visibility.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Market Research:

• Gather and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits.
• Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and improve marketing strategies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing:

• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote products and services.
• Utilize email marketing, SEO, and online advertising to drive traffic and generate leads.

Performance Tracking:

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role (minimum of 2 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools).
