We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Rolling Mill)

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems, equipment, and components for rolling mill operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with rolling mill equipment, including rolls, gears, bearings, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and standards for rolling mill equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize rolling mill operations, improve efficiency, and reduce downtime.

Required Skills:

• Candidates should possess a Bsc, HND, OND in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance, or a related field, preferably in a rolling mill or heavy industry environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
