Job Description

• The Finance Officer will manage YPHO’s financial transactions, ensuring transparency and accountability. The role includes maintaining accurate financial records and supporting budget management.

Responsibilities

• Process payments, manage cash flow, and ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports and support audits.
• Monitor project budgets and report any discrepancies to management.
• Ensure compliance with donor and organizational financial policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in an NGO.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of accounting principles.
