Job Description

• The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple projects within YPHO.
• This role requires leadership in planning, budgeting, and executing projects to ensure they meet YPHO’s goals and donor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of project activities across different sectors.
• Ensure timely implementation of projects and adherence to budget and work plans.
• Liaise with donors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify challenges and develop solutions to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the humanitarian sector.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
