Job Summary

• As the Chief Compliance Officer, you manage our company's compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• The CCO is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.You oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices.
• You monitor and analyze areas of risk in the company's operations.You are also responsible for proactive risk assessment.
• To Ensure the Board and executive team are up-to-date on regulatory changes, rules, standards, and emerging trends.
• To examine sustenance of compliance as an integral part of compliance testing and annual compliance assessment exercise.
• You are responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Company’s Compliance Management Program by planning, organizing, and controlling the Company’s Day to day administrative, lending, and operational compliance activities.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Law or relevant field
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a CCO in a commercial bank
• Certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

Salary
N850,000 - N1,000,000 / month (Negotiable).
