Job Description

• The Field Officer will be responsible for implementing project activities at the field level, working directly with beneficiaries, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
• The role includes monitoring progress, reporting, and ensuring the effective delivery of services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field assessments and surveys to gather data.
• Facilitate program activities and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Liaise with community members and local authorities to enhance engagement.
• Monitor the distribution of resources and support the logistics team.
• Prepare field reports and update management on challenges or success stories.
• Ensure compliance with YPHO’s policies, particularly in protection and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.  
• 1–3 years of field experience, preferably with a humanitarian organization.  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Fluency in local languages is an asset.
