- Graduate of Estate Management with at least Second Class Lower Division.
- At least 2 years cognate experience in Estate Management and Marketing.
- Membership of NIESV will be an added advantage.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- All applicant must have graduated with at least 2nd Class Lower or its equivalent Degree.
