Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our real estate team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring successful project delivery, and providing expert advice on cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction and development projects.
• Monitor and control expenses during construction, ensuring adherence to budget.
• Administer contracts with contractors and suppliers.
• Measure and quantify materials and labor required for projects.
• Identify and mitigate potential cost risks.
• Conduct value engineering to identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Assist in procurement processes for materials and services.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion within budget.
• Resolve cost-related disputes with contractors and suppliers.
• Provide regular cost reports and analysis to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification with 3 - 10 years experience.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in measurement software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes.
