Job Title: Branch Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Lagos, Oyo and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Grade: SBO - DM

Job Summary

  • As the branch manager, you will be in charge of a branch office and will be responsible for all operations and customer activities that occur there, as well as for community outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales following the company’s objectives
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
  • Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

Requirements

  • BSc / HND in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic management, 5 years in financial or banking industry
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within financial industry
