Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Description

• We are looking for a versatile HR Generalist to handle a variety of HR tasks.
• This role will support multiple functions including employee engagement, training, compliance, and payroll support.
• The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR functions and be able to manage various tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
• Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
