Job Description

• WDCL is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for both internal positions and client projects.
• The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and strong networking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads and clients to understand staffing needs.
• Manage recruitment events and job fairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
