We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Ikosi-Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Facility/AdminManager is responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning, while reducing operating cost.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing all the fixed assets of the company, including, installation, maintenance, repairs, tagging, security and record keeping.
  • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Inspecting and fixing sewing machine, electrical and plumbing matters.
  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
  • Managing janitorial duties and waste disposal systems.
  • Overseeing demands from local government agencies, including levies and rates.
  • Overseeing refurbishments and renovations and undertaking building and grounds maintenance.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of fuel.

Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc with a minimum two years experience in the role or similar role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify production bottlenecks, analyze production data and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS office suites
  • Proximity to IKOSI-KETU is a plus.
