- Handling accounts receivables & payables.
- Processing staff claims & reimbursement of expenses.
- Managing cost allocation, accruals, prepayments & all other related entries.
- Preparing monthly payment summaries and other related reports.
- Assisting in ad-hoc operational duties.
- Preparation of impress and Cash Book weekly/monthly/yearly.
- Preparation of Bank reconciliation monthly.
- Payment of monthly staff salary.
- Creating and processing of invoices for payment.
