Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Performance Manager

Major Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 7 - 10 years of experience in performance management, talent development, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM)
- Proficiency in designing Performance Metrics and Conduct Evaluation.
- Expertise in designing and implementing performance management systems Knowledge of talent development principles and practices
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret performance data Familiarity with performance management software
- Ability to lead and manage change initiatives
- Ability to design and implement metrics and reporting systems
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to performance management.
