Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Recruitment Officer

Level: Officer
Major Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certification (e.g. CIPM, CIPD, SHRM)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Ability to source candidates through various channels (social media, job boards, etc.)
- Expertise in conducting interviews and assessments
- Understanding of job analysis and job description development
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools-ATS, CRM, etc.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Experience with video interviewing tools.
