Our line of frozen products has expanded to include the finest quality of chicken, potatoes, cheese, vegetables, seafood, and ice cream products in the market. Job Title: Human Resources Officer (Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Support the HR and Admin Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
• Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues
• Handle payroll, attendance, and benefits administration
• Support training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 6years of experience in an HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)
