Job Title: Deputy General Manager (DGM)

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior managerial role, preferably in the printing or manufacturing sector.
• Minimum age of 45 years at the time of application.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong administrative, financial, and operational management skills.
• Proven ability to oversee the activities of administration, financial and production units.
• Willingness to work extended hours and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to prepare and deliver electronic and written presentations to a very high standard.
• Responsibility for other business development staff, including mentoring, training, recruiting and allocation of duties.
