At Cleon Services, we pride ourselves in maintaining a healthy ambience. Our business services are carried out by two distinct business units- Laundry services and Recycling. We started operation with the laundry business in 2012 and the recycling unit commenced two years after. Our administrative office is in Ikeja, Lagos and operational base for recycling is Sagamu, Ogun state.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Managing projects and conducting research
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Making travel and guest arrangements
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A good first degree or diploma in related fields.
  • Have less than two years’ experience, which must have been spent in Human Resources Management, Training, Marketing, Accounts, Customer Service or Business Development
  • Interpersonal Competencies which should include team playing, strong sense of integrity, honesty and innovativeness
  • Must possess computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
