Job Summary

• As our Partnership Manager in the Corporate and Commercial Banking division, you will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance the bank’s corporate and commercial offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring the terms of the partnership are beneficial to both parties and in line with the company’s objectives.
• Ensure all partnership activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies, managing risks associated with external collaborations.
• Conduct research to identify partnership opportunities that align with market trends and business needs in corporate and commercial banking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring that all partnership agreements are successfully implemented and managed.

Requirements

• B.Sc in a related field from a reputable institution; MBA or professional certification (ACIB, CFA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Proven track record of identifying and securing successful partnerships, Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or corporate/commercial banking.
• Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive business growth.
