Job Title: Community Manager

Job Summary

• As our community manager you will be responsible for building, growing, and managing a vibrant community of independent realtors. You will act as a liaison between us and the realtor community, ensuring that the community's needs are met while aligning with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Foster a sense of belonging and loyalty among community members through regular engagement activities, meetings, and events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the realtor community, addressing inquiries, and concerns, and providing necessary support.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the realtor community to drive revenue growth.
• Track and analyze community engagement metrics, providing regular reports to management on the health and growth of the community.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in community management, real estate, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using social media and community management tools.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
