Job Summary

• The Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting the marketing team across various channels, assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, creating content, and managing social media platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in all aspects of digital marketing and is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in a creative and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital advertising, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, the company website, blogs, and marketing collateral.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, digital ads, and presentations.
• Support the execution of SEO strategies through keyword research, website optimization, and content alignment.
• Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and product launches.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM, email marketing database, and marketing automation tools.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of marketing experience, including internships or related roles.
• Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital content creation, branding, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an added advantage.
