Job Summary

• As our receptionist, you will be our client's first point of contact, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will be crucial in managing appointments, providing information about our services, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage appointment bookings and scheduling for spa services.
• Provide information about treatments, packages, and promotions.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Requirements

• BSc Degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
• Proficient in using scheduling software and basic office equipment.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
