Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes that meet the hotel's high standards.
• Develop new menu ideas and contribute to food innovation.
• Ensure consistent quality in all meals served.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality sector.
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel setting is an advantage.
• Expertise in preparing high-quality dishes across various cuisines.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain high standards, and collaborate with a diverse team.
