Job Title: Part-Time Chinese Translator

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Chinese Translator to join our team on a part time job arrangement.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Chinese and English, with the ability to accurately translate and interpret in both languages.
• The role requires someone who can hear, speak and translate Chinese language.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate oral and writtentranslations from Chinese to English and vice versa.
• Interpret spoken communication at various meetings,on-site interactions between Chinese and non-Chinese speaking staff.
• Assist in airport pickup of Chinese staff.
• Act as a cultural bridge between Chinese and Nigerians, facilitating clear communication and mutual understanding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in translation and interpretation, preferably in a business or technical environment.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Should be responsible, and readily available when needed as this is a part time job.

Salary
