Job Title: Credit Monitoring Officer

Job Summary

• As our Credit Monitoring Officer you will be responsible for identifying and assessing changes in credit risk, implementing monitoring systems, and providing timely reports and recommendations to support proactive risk management.
• Propose and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified credit risks and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Identify early warning signals and potential indicators of credit deterioration or adverse changes in the creditworthiness of clients.
• Conduct regular analyses of credit exposures, assessing the performance and risk profile of individual credits within the portfolio.
• Conduct periodic reviews of existing clients to reassess their creditworthiness and adherence to credit terms.
• Prepare and provide regular reports on credit portfolio performance, risk trends, and potential areas of concern to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 experience in credit monitoring or a related role within Risk Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field CA/MBA/PGDM/CFA or other relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Relevant certifications in risk management, credit analysis, or financial analysis are highly desirable. CRM, PRM or similar certifications.
• Completion of relevant industry training programs or courses in credit risk management, credit analysis, and financial modeling.

Salary
