Position Overview
- Must understand and effect clinical governance.
- Responsible for organizing, monitoring and coordinating the team, also ensuring that organizational goals are met.
Requirements
The Candidate:
- Preferably female.
- 45yrs-55yrs.
- Minimum of (RN) Registered Nurse and (RM) Registered Midwife.
- Minimum of 7 years progressive managerial experience in a dynamic & progressive medical organization.
- Leadership capabilities in developing others and strong executive presence.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Remuneration
Attractive salary with official car after a probationary period of 6 months.
