- Effective networking skills and the ability to leverage social media will be of great importance to the role.
- While, social media will be an important tool above all you will be on the phone and meeting people face to face.
- You will interact with stakeholders at all levels in the organization, create opportunities and drive deals.
- Once you have an assignment, you are responsible for outlining the search strategy, managing the research consultants and coordinating the recruitment process.
- You will interview and assess the final candidates and present the shortlist to your client.
