Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes and help development teams deliver high-quality products efficiently.
• The role involves leading Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and promoting collaboration within the team.
• The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, coaching teams in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong Knowledge of Scrum Agile frameworks.
• Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Certification (CSM or PSM) is an added advantage.
