Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to identify business needs, analyze processes and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize operations and drive strategic initiatives.
• The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

Skills Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with business process modeling
• Proficiency in technical writing and documentation tools.
• Ability to create clear documentation (BRDs, use cases, etc).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly content.
• Experience with content management systems and SEO best practices.
• Candidates should possess a BSc with 4 -7 years experience.
