Composite Construction is a leading Building and Construction Company based in Lagos with interest in Real Estate (residential, commercial, or industrial).

Job Title: Head of Marketing

Reports to: Managing Director

Job Summary

• The Head of Marketing will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the furniture business and engage with the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
• Lead a team of marketing personnel and oversee marketing campaigns.
• Manage online and offline marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and events.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Build relationships with clients in the construction and real estate sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within construction or related industries.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N350,000 monthly.
