Job Title: Lead Generation and Conversion Specialist

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Generation and Conversion Specialist to drive business growth through targeted lead generation, conversion, and relationship-building strategies.
  • This role is crucial in identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and optimising conversion processes to meet business goals in the cultural wellness and investment summit sectors.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential clients (investors, businesses, individuals) interested in Cultural Wellness Retreats and Investment Summits.
  • Develop and implement lead generation campaigns through email, social media, phone, and in-person events.
  • Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage interactions, and analyse conversion rates.

Conversion:

  • Nurture leads through personalised communication, addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into paying clients.
  • Develop conversion-focused content such as case studies and client testimonials.

Relationship-Building:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Host webinars, workshops, or events to demonstrate Citisquare Africa's value and expertise.

Analysis and Optimisation:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to optimise results.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, with proven track record of successful lead generation and conversion.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or wellness industry and Africa.
  • Knowledge of African markets and business culture.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English).

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
