- Carry out regular investigation and detection of frauds
- Analyse and review customer billing and payment profiles
- Working with other functions prepare evidence for identified irregularities
- Work with other teams to ascertain meter and customer compromise
Qualifications & Skills
- Quality graduate level degree in numerate areas
- Skills in audit and process review
- Exposure to electrical operation systems
- Desk research skill
